solutions. Each rack
contains a power
distribution system, a
control panel and a PC
based controller.

this rack to customers

PowerMax Multiplexer

The PowerMax is a
complete DMM
multiplexer. The
tester is capable of
scanning multiple
power and I/O channels
and performing Ohm
checks. The
PowerMax has been used
to test Power
Distribution units for
semiconductor tools.
Then unit has a
standard interface
that uses 8 37Pin CPC
male connectors.
Programming of the
unit can be done using
a spreadsheet
interface to define
connections and pass /
fail criteria.
