Test Equipment

Flexline LLC can develop custom test solutions for both production and engineering needs.  The tester capabilities are highly customizable.  Flexline LLC has a broad base of test development  experience and a formidable library of code and hardware modules to draw from.  It is experience and tools that allow Flexline LLC to provide solutions that work, meet the schedule and provide value.

Flexline has core experiences in the area of vacuum and gas pallet testing, robotics, chemical handling, and Electrical I/O testing.  Flexline also develops testers for wafer heaters, electrostatic chucks and chamber controllers.

Flexline uses several programming languages for tester development.  National Instruments LabView and LabWindows CVI are used predominantly along with Microsoft Visual Basic.

Flexline is accustomed to creating flexible applications to suit customer needs.  A production tester for example would require a high degree of automation and reference a set of  pass/fail requirements that are highly controlled.  A reliability or engineering fixture would require a greater degree of freedom to select settings and collect data that could be processed at a later date.

Flexline approaches test development in a project based manner with discrete milestone element.  You will get a formal design review and a validation test prior to deployment of the tool.
